In at least four African countries, Catholic Relief Services is implementing portions of a project called Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored, and Safe women (DREAMS). SUMMARY: The report that follows will prove that Catholic Relief Services created a health referral network which includes "sexual and reproductive health" as a component.
