In at least four African countries, Catholic Relief Services is implementing portions of a project called Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored, and Safe women (DREAMS). The Lepanto Institute has just concluded a year-long investigation into a series of projects led by Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
